WeCode Association Meeting Resolutions and Upcoming Events

Following its December 1, 2024 meeting, the WeCode Association announced a series of significant decisions and initiatives set to shape its future direction. This comprehensive roadmap aims to enhance members’ professional development, strengthen international collaborations, and advance the organization’s institutional infrastructure.

Among the key outcomes of the meeting was the introduction of a large-scale event scheduled for January 11, 2025, in Helsinki at the Lippulaiva Library, known as the “WeCode Platform Networking Workshop.” The program will begin with an introduction to the WeCode Association from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM, followed by a focused networking session from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM, enabling participants to share knowledge and experiences. In addition, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Yusuf Shaymardanov will deliver an English-language seminar titled “Importance of Networks for Professional Growth,” designed to enhance participants’ language skills and international communication capabilities.

Throughout December, initiatives aimed at developing members’ expertise continue. On December 15, the Tech-Class DATA training will help participants improve their proficiency in data-driven technologies. Furthermore, the introduction of an e-signature system was announced, reinforcing the association’s infrastructure and ensuring that internal processes become faster, more secure, and more efficient.

Looking ahead, the association has submitted applications for four new projects intended to contribute to members’ individual and collective professional growth while expanding international partnerships and educational opportunities. As a result, WeCode members will have the chance to participate in association-led projects, develop individual proposals, and receive priority access to specialized training programs.

In addition, upcoming IT-focused seminars and the traditional WeCode camp, scheduled for February 14-16, will offer members both social and professional growth opportunities. For younger members, plans include mentorship programs, digital awareness training, and expert support designed to help turn their concepts into tangible outcomes—an integral part of WeCode’s forward-looking vision.

These decisions not only broaden the benefits provided to WeCode members but also help the association gain a more influential presence both nationally and internationally. All members are encouraged to be part of these exciting developments, take advantage of upcoming opportunities like the “WeCode Platform Networking Workshop,” and continue to engage with a global network of professionals and experts. In this way, WeCode remains committed to connecting its members with dynamic, international-standard environments for interaction, collaboration, and advancement.
